We provide all repairs with the industry standard 90 day warranty. If you are experiencing any issues please contact us so we can look at your device. This warranty does not cover physical damage occurring after a repair but It does cover defective parts.
We know you are the most important aspect part of our business. That is why we go through great lengths to make sure your satisfied with your repair. After your repair, expect a call back after a couple days. We want to know you're doing ok.

Have a charging issue, Question mark folder, or a liquid spill? Every computer or device that comes in our shop gets an initial assessment. Fs 1 5 3 – note manager objective. No matter the issue we will assess your device to give you a better idea of the issue before you leave.
Not all cases are straightforward. Some cases require a full service diagnostic or at least checking your device in so we can access whatever is going on. We may need to run an 'Apple Service Diagnostic' or let a computer wait to dry from a minor liquid spill for a couple days. Either way, all retail customer diagnostics are free.
All retail customers are subject to free diagnostics. However, If you are another repair business looking to get a diagnostic on your device the price is $49. This fee does goes towards your repair if you decide to fix your device.
We can service your technical needs at your home or remotely in our studio.
Life sometimes gets the better of us and we get too busy, we totally get that. Besides who has time to have your laptop sit in a dusty repair shop for a couple days waiting to get worked on? That's why we can service your Mac in the comfort of your home.
Our general rate for one of our awesome Techs to come to your house is just $139 per hour. This is our At-home rate and is different than our Remote-rate. We have a one hour minimum for our house calls but I'm sure we will get most all of your issues solved.
Yuck! Who likes paying for travel time? We got you covered on this. We want to make it as easy as possible to get the help you need.
Our rates for remote assistance is just $99 per hour with a 30 minute minimum. This means you can get expert support by simply making a phone call! An internet connection is required for all remote connections.
Remote support saves you time and money. Instead of sending a technician to your house we use chat and video technologies to solve your issues from one of our remote locations.
Worried your onsite will take too long? Or have a repair question? Don't worry just give us a call! We can give you an estimate or answer any questions you may have.
If you feel like you need at least 3 hours or more per month? Pre-pay for 3 hours and we will only charge you for 2.5. This saves you time, money, and also gives you priority service.
This is a Monthly service plan and can be cancelled anytime.

Giving back, one computer at a time
We believe every student should have the ability to use a computer to improve and further their education. Do you have a computer you no longer use? We can repair it and donate it to someone who needs it. We also offer discounts for school staff too!
Read below for FAQ about computer donations. You can ship or drop it off at our shop hours. We will securely wipe any data and repurpose it for educational purposes.
All donations go towards refurbishing computers for students.
School staff and students can fill out our education form for discounts on repairs.
